We accept a variety of insurances and health plans. If you are uninsured or your plan is not listed below,Our fees are 225 dollars for a new 50 minutes consult and 125 dollars for 30 minutes follow up visit
For a first appointment, a follow-up visit, or any time there is a change in your insurance plan,
we urge you to verify and update your information prior to your appointment and our office will confirm your eligibility.
